Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Creative Consultant to spearhead the end-to-end creative process for our clients’ visual content. The ideal candidate will be a visionary in conceptualizing, storyboarding, and executing captivating photo and video that elevates the aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Ideation: Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts aligned with client requirements and social trends.
Storyboard Development: Create comprehensive storyboards outlining the visual narrative, shot sequences, and creative elements to guide the production process.
Shoot Execution: Oversee and direct photo and video shoots ensuring adherence to the established creative vision, brand guidelines, and high production standards.
Editing and Post-Production: Collaborate with editors and post-production teams to refine and enhance visual content, maintaining the integrity of the deliverables.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of creative professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback throughout the creative process.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative techniques to continuously innovate and enhance the quality of deliverables.

Requirements

Freelancers having expertise in creative direction, from conceptualization to final execution, with a focus on video ad production and photography.

Proficiency in industry-standard software/tools for video editing, motion graphics, and photo editing.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and solve business problems as well as creative bottlenecks.

Compensation

10-18 Lakhs per FY depending on the requirements of the firm to seek consultancy. As it is a need based professional engagement, no other benefits will be extended apart from tbe consolidated consideration Financial Year wise.
